Healing Mother Earth

Healing Mother Earth

We address earth as mother earth as here we get shelter, food, happiness, water to drink and air to breathe...............like a mother Earth tries to fulfill every need. Mother earth herself is in great pain like environmental hazards, ozone depletion, eathquakes, floods ,natural calamities etc.

Reiki believes that all the energy we channalise is the energy of mother earth so as kids it is required that we try to soothe our mother like we can not ever compensate what our parents have done for us but when they grow old we can provide them with some solace that we are there for them..........that is the reason why in Reiki we are asked to heal mother earth...........we cant't ever repay but can express our gratitude towards our mother.

Towards the end of attitude of gratitude we add:- May the excess of energy flow to the Mother Earth.

YouTube - Prayers & healing for Mother Earth.

We can all be a part of that healing and by doing so, help in healing the Earth Mother. All that is required is your conscious, focused attention on healing. She will respond by expanding, becoming clearer and realigning. The work we do with the Earth Mother will often cause birds to sing where they haven't before (story below), vegetation will grow more, and there will be an increase in social harmony. Through focused thought or meditation, we can also radiate positive energies outwards to help uplift the consciousness of all beings - locally and globally. We can make a difference.
Please lend your energy by simply saying a prayer or focusing your energy on the healing of the Earth in general and specific sites in particular. Your intent to help is what is important. HEALING THE EARTH
